These terms apply to the use of Kinfolio, provided by Julius Wiedemann.
1. Service
Kinfolio is a free web app that combines several people's Parqet accounts into a shared household overview. Kinfolio only reads from Parqet and never changes data there. Use is currently free; there are no paid features.
2. Account and household
You sign in with your email address. You can create households and invite people. Everyone connects their own Parqet account and decides what the others see. Only invite people you want to show the chosen information to.
3. No advice, no warranty
The values and KPIs shown come from Parqet or are calculated from it. They are for information only, are not investment, legal or tax advice and may differ from Parqet (e.g. due to quote timing or rounding).
4. Availability and liability
We aim for reliable operation but don't guarantee any particular availability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, under the Product Liability Act and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability for the free service is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
5. Termination
You can stop using Kinfolio at any time and delete your account in the settings. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice; your data will then be deleted.
6. Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
